Payment and Refund Policy

Welcome to Southern Or Soul (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Payment and Refund Policy (“Policy”)
applies to all customers purchasing garage building services from Southern Or Soul through our
website sosgarageco.com and covers payment terms, refund eligibility,
and procedures in compliance with applicable U.S. laws.
1. Payment Terms
- Services Offered: We specialize in building custom garages across the
United States, combining reliability, comfort, and modern design.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via major credit cards (Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover), electronic bank transfers, and other methods as
specified at checkout.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [specify percentage, e.g.,
30%] of the total service cost is required to initiate any project. The deposit
confirms your booking and allows us to begin scheduling and procurement.
- Full Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the garage
construction, prior to final delivery or handover, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Invoices: All payments are invoiced via email or paper invoice upon
request. Payment confirmation is provided once funds are received.
2. Refund Policy
- Deposit Refunds: The initial deposit is non-refundable due
to the nature of custom building projects and upfront costs for materials and labor.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe
without a valid reason.
- If the delivered service substantially deviates from the agreed specifications and
cannot be reasonably rectified.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us at nathanielpitts@sosgarageco.com or call
(601) 298-9978 within 14 days of service completion or
cancellation notice.
- Refund Approval: Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- No Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind or cancellation after work has begun.
- Delays caused by weather, unforeseen circumstances, or customer unavailability.
- Minor discrepancies in design or finish that do not materially affect the
functionality or safety of the garage.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Customer-Initiated Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a project before
work begins, notify us at least 7 business days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: We allow rescheduling with at least 5 business days’ notice.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
- Company-Initiated Cancellation: If we must cancel or delay a project due to
unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly, and deposits or payments will be
applied toward rescheduled work or refunded if cancellation is necessary.

5. Governing Law
This Policy and all transactions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of
Mississippi. Any disputes arising from payments or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of courts located in Mississippi.
